About me

My name is Stephen and I am a professional horn player and app developer. I currently hold the positions of Associate Principal Horn of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Principal Horn of the Irish Chamber Orchestra. Before starting in Liverpool I enjoyed a busy freelance career based in London including appearances as Guest Principal Horn with many of the UK and Ireland’s top orchestras.

My apps have grown out of the way I was taught and how I practised as a young musician.

The games and exercises that shaped my early development showed me that improvement doesn’t have to be dry or mechanical. With my apps, I aim to capture that sense of engagement while providing clear, real-time feedback and the right level of challenge to help players improve efficiently and with confidence.
